Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (product drops, black Friday deals,sales), processing may take an additional 1–5 business days.

      We operate as a dropshipping business. This means that our products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers and fulfilment partners to the customer.

      We work with trusted logistics partners, including CJdropshipping, to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

    • Delivery typically takesΒ 9–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

    • Rates vary by country and package weight; final shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

    • Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees.

    3. Order Tracking

    • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number from admin@shoes-co.za

    • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

    • 4. Wrong Address Disclaimer

      • Ensure your shipping address is accurate.

      • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

      5.Shipping Costs

      Shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout. Most of our products may include free shipping depending on promotions or supplier arrangements.

      We are not responsible for delays caused by:

      • Customs clearance processes
      • Carrier delays
      • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
      • External disruptions (weather, strikes, holidays, etc..
    • However, should delays happenΒ  from our suppliers it will be addressed to our customers on time.

    7. Lost or Missing Packages

    If your package is lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at support@o-shoes.co.za . We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a resolution where possible.
